    Nuffin Like My Muffins

    I absolutely adore these muffins. I have one every morning and sometimes (most times) another one during the day. I had have them shipped to me while vacationing in Colorado and in Utah. Packed an entire suitcase of 24 muffins to take to Portugal. I don’t want to be without them.

    Taste tested my first batch

    These are really good for people who are in a rush! You can grab a container add your water and 1 minute later have a warm meal. I do not like dry cakes so I do not cook mine for 60 seconds, I do 45. Everyone has their own preferences. This is the perfect muffin for me!
