The Bootylicious Promise
Trying Bootylicious Muffins for the first time? We want your first box to be love at first bite.
If it isn't, we've got you, and we'll make it right.
If your first order isn't quite the magic you were hoping for, just send us a note within 30 days of delivery.
No returns. No boxing anything back up. No hassle.
How it works
If you're a first-time customer, on your first order we'll refund what you paid, up to $107 (the value of a 36-pack). No return required.
Who's covered
The Bootylicious Promise applies only to a customer's first order, whether that order was placed as a one-time purchase or as the first order in a subscription.
Limit one claim per customer, household, shipping address, billing address, and payment method.
Replacement orders, reshipments, and courtesy orders are not considered first orders, so they are not eligible under the Bootylicious Promise.
Keeping the Promise fair for everyone
Because the Bootylicious Promise is generous, we may occasionally review order details to confirm that a claim qualifies as a first order.
If something doesn't line up with the rules, for example, multiple claims connected to the same household or payment method, we may not be able to honor that claim.
It's nothing personal, and almost nobody ever sees this section apply to them. It just helps us keep the Promise as worry-free as possible for every new customer giving Bootylicious a real first try.
What the Promise doesn't cover
The Bootylicious Promise is for the muffin cups themselves. It does not cover:
- Taxes
- Standard shipping
- Express or upgraded shipping
- Additional shipping or handling fees
- Other non-product charges
Replacement orders, reshipments, and courtesy orders are not covered and do not restart or extend the 30-day claim window.
If a replacement order, reshipment, or courtesy order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us and we'll review it under the applicable policy below.
How to request a claim
To make a claim under the Bootylicious Promise, email support@bootyliciousmuffins.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your name
- Your order number
That's it. We'll take it from there.
Other things we're happy to help with
These cover any order, not just first orders, and they are separate from the Bootylicious Promise.
A packing oops
If we missed something or packed the wrong thing, sorry about that. Let's get it fixed.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- One photo of everything you received
- One photo of the packing slip
We may issue a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Arrived banged up
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Photos of all damaged items
- Two to three photos of the shipping box and internal packaging
We will usually file a claim with the carrier, and we may request additional information to process your claim.
This may include providing the carrier with the phone number and email address associated with the order so the carrier can verify shipment details.
If the carrier denies the claim, or if requested verification is not completed, we may be unable to issue a refund for the damage claim.
A replacement may still be available, subject to availability.
Marked delivered but missing
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please try the following first:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Check with neighbors, front desk staff, or building management.
- Wait 24 to 48 hours, since carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery.
If the order still does not turn up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will begin an investigation with the carrier.
We may need to provide the carrier with the phone number and email address associated with the order so the carrier can verify shipment details.
If the carrier denies the claim, or if requested verification is not completed, we may be unable to issue a refund for the missing-order claim.
A replacement may still be available, subject to availability.
Address issues and refused deliveries
Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are not eligible for refund if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or refusal of delivery, we may reship it for an additional fee or issue a partial refund based on the circumstances.
