Refund policy
Love It or Return Eligible
We love our muffins. If a flavor isn’t for you, unused cups are eligible for a refund. Please review the policy below, then contact us to start a return.
Return eligibility
• Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is not refundable.
• For food safety, anything opened, eaten, or compromised is not returnable.
How many cups must be left for a full product refund
• 6-Pack: at least 5 cups left
• 12-Pack: at least 10 cups left
• 24-Pack: at least 21 cups left
Got multiple packs? You can combine them. Example: two 6-Packs count as at least 10 cups left.
Partial refunds
If you ate more than the limits above, we’ll deduct the per-cup price for the missing cups and refund the rest of the product price.
Example: You return a 6-Pack with 4 cups left. We deduct the price of 1 cup and refund the remaining product value.
How to start a return

Contact us first for approval. Email support@bootyliciousmuffins.com or text 📱 713-970-1045 with your name and order number.

Choose your label option:
• Use your own return label, or
• Ask us to generate one (we’ll deduct the label cost from the refund). -

Please email your return tracking number so we can watch for delivery.
Inspection and refund timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank usually posts refunds within 3–10 business days after we process them.
Food safety reminder
• Opened or damaged cups are not returnable.
• Returns must be sealed and in good condition when received.
Packing errors (our mistake)
If we packed your order wrong, we fix it at no cost to you. Please send:
• One photo showing all cups you received
• One photo of the packing slip
We’ll correct the error with a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Photos of all damaged cups
• 2–3 photos of the shipping box and padding
We’ll handle the carrier claim on your behalf and may ask for your contact details for verification. We’ll replace the damaged items or issue store credit or a refund, based on your preference and availability.
Delivered but you can’t find it

Check around your porch and with neighbors.

Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early).

If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll start an investigation.
Wrong address or refused delivery
Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout aren’t eligible for shipping refunds if the address was inaccurate.
If the order returns to us unopened, we can reship for an additional fee or refund the product cost minus outbound and return shipping costs.
If a refused or misaddressed order returns damaged, we’ll deduct any carrier-assessed loss from the refund.
