Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are how a lot of our regulars keep their cup game strong, with fresh muffins delivered on the schedule that fits their life.

Here’s how subscriptions work, how to manage one, and what to expect when you make a change or cancel.

Subscription Overview

Some Bootylicious products are available as subscriptions or other recurring purchase options.

When you start a subscription:

  • You agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the products and frequency you choose at checkout.
  • Your subscription automatically renews on its set schedule until you cancel.
  • We charge the payment method on file automatically at each renewal.
  • Each renewal creates a new order that is processed and shipped just like a one-time purchase.

You can change or cancel anytime from your customer portal. No phone call, no chat queue, no “are you sure?” gauntlet.

Subscriber Perks

As long as your subscription is active, you get:

  • Free standard shipping on every U.S. order
  • 20% off every order, every time
  • Streak cashback that grows the longer you subscribe:
    • 1% starting at order 2
    • 3% starting at order 5
    • 5% starting at order 8 and beyond
  • Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your customer portal
  • No minimum commitment

How Streak Cashback Works

A few quick details so there are no surprises:

  • Cashback is delivered as store credit.
  • Store credit is redeemable on subscription orders.
  • Store credit does not expire once it is in your account.
  • Your streak counts consecutive subscription orders.
  • Canceling, pausing, or skipping resets your streak, so your next renewal counts as order 1 again.
  • Any cashback you have already earned stays in your account as store credit.

Delivery Frequencies

You can pick a delivery frequency that fits your routine:

  • Every 4 weeks
  • Every 6 weeks
  • Every 8 weeks
  • Every 10 weeks
  • Every 12 weeks

You can change your frequency anytime from your customer portal.

Managing Your Subscription

Your customer portal is where you handle everything subscription-related.

From there, you can:

  • Edit upcoming orders
  • Skip a delivery for up to 12 weeks at a time
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

To access your portal:

  • Click the link in your most recent order confirmation email, or
  • Log into your account on bootyliciousmuffins.com

We’ll send you an email confirmation any time you swap a product, change your subscription, or cancel, so you always have it in writing.

How to Cancel

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Open your customer portal.
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Tap cancel and confirm.

That’s it. We’ll send you a cancellation confirmation by email right after.

If you would rather not cancel outright, you can also:

  • Skip the next order for up to 12 weeks
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your frequency to space deliveries further apart

Heads up: skipping or pausing also resets your streak cashback tier, so your next renewal counts as order 1 again.

When Changes and Cancellations Take Effect

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, make any changes or cancel before the next scheduled charge date shown in your customer portal.

Once a charge has been processed, that order cannot be canceled.

Canceling your subscription stops future orders, but it does not cancel an order that has already been charged.

Orders Already Processing or Shipped

We work hard to get orders out the door fast, which means:

  • Orders that have entered processing cannot be canceled.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or stopped in transit.

If something arrives that does not look right, like damage, a packing error, or a tracking scan that says delivered with no package in sight, we’ve got you.

If a Renewal Payment Does Not Go Through

If a renewal charge cannot be processed, such as because of an expired card or insufficient funds, we’ll automatically try again over the next few days.

If we still cannot collect payment after several attempts, we’ll cancel the subscription and email you so you can update your payment method and restart whenever you’re ready.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders follow the same return and refund rules as one-time purchases. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Two things worth knowing as a subscriber:

  • The Bootylicious Promise applies to first-time customers on their first order only. If your first order with us is a subscription order, that first delivery may qualify under the Promise as long as it meets the policy requirements. Later subscription deliveries do not qualify under the Promise, but our other policies for packing errors, damage, and missing packages still apply to every order.
  • Express shipping, upgraded shipping, additional shipping or handling fees, taxes, and other non-product charges are not refundable.

Shipping and Address Issues

Subscription orders ship under the same Shipping Policy as one-time orders.

That includes:

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders
  • The same transit estimates
  • The same address-change cutoff, which is before your shipping label is printed
  • The same reship terms for refused or returned packages

If you are moving, switching to a new card, or updating delivery details, make the change in your customer portal before your next charge date so it applies to your upcoming order.

Discounts, Promotions, and Keeping Things Fair

Discounts, promotions, referral perks, and subscription-only pricing are real benefits, and they work best when everyone uses them in good faith.

To keep subscriptions, discounts, and promotions fair for every customer, we may review and decline orders or subscriptions that do not meet our policy requirements or that appear to be used to work around how a discount, promotion, referral, or subscription offer is intended to work.

As with The Bootylicious Promise, almost no one ever runs into this. It is just here so we can keep offering generous perks to everyone using them as intended.

We may also cancel a subscription at our discretion. If we do, we’ll let you know by email and will not charge you for any future deliveries.

Subscriber Rights and State Notices

Some U.S. states give subscribers extra protections under state automatic-renewal laws, including California, New York, Illinois, North Carolina, Vermont, Washington, D.C., and others.

Common rights include:

  • Clear disclosure of auto-renewal terms before you are charged
  • Easy online cancellation
  • Advance notice of material changes to your subscription

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Bootylicious High Protein Muffins offers a subscription service. By subscribing, you confirm that you have accepted our Terms of Service.

Your subscription automatically renews on a recurring basis. At each renewal, the payment method on file will be charged for the subscription products on your plan. Taxes and any applicable shipping or non-product fees may also apply.

You can cancel anytime from your customer portal.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates take effect when they are posted here.

If a change materially affects your active subscription, we’ll let you know by email before it takes effect.
