Shipping Policy
We want your Bootylicious Muffins to arrive quickly, in perfect condition, and ready to bake. With free standard shipping on every U.S. order, getting them to you is on us.
Here’s how shipping works, what to expect, what’s outside our control, and how we’ll help if something goes sideways.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses inside the United States only.
This includes:
- All 50 states
- Washington, D.C.
- U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Pacific compact regions
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing
Most orders are packed and shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days.
During big sales, holiday weeks, or new flavor launches, processing may take an extra day or two. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving and will email you as soon as your order is on its way.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Estimates
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.
Once an order leaves our facility, transit times typically run:
- 3-5 business days for closer-in regions
- 4-6 business days for mid-distance regions
- 5-7 business days for farther-out regions
- Longer for non-contiguous U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses
Your exact shipping estimate will appear at checkout.
We use USPS and UPS Ground for standard shipping. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.
Express or Upgraded Shipping
When available at checkout, you can choose a faster shipping option. Express shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days of transit once your order has shipped.
Express shipping speeds up the transit portion of delivery, which is the time your package spends with the carrier. It does not necessarily skip our standard 1-2 business-day processing window unless we clearly say otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, email us at support@bootyliciousmuffins.com before placing your order and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
If you do not see your tracking email within a day or two of ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it still is not there, email us and we’ll be happy to resend it.
Carrier Delays
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing can be affected by things outside our control, including:
- Weather
- Carrier delays, network slowdowns, or staffing issues
- Holiday or high-volume shipping periods
- Address issues at the destination
- Other delays we cannot see or control
We’ll do everything we can on our end to set your order up for a smooth trip, but once it leaves our facility, final delivery timing is handled by the carrier.
If Tracking Says Delivered but You Cannot Find It
Sometimes a package may be marked delivered before it fully arrives. Before reaching out, please try the following:
- Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, garages, mail areas, and behind plants or furniture.
- Check with neighbors, front desk staff, mailrooms, or building management.
- Wait 24-48 hours, since carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery.
If your package still does not turn up, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll begin an investigation with the carrier.
We may need to share the phone number and email address associated with your order so the carrier can verify shipment details. If the carrier does not approve the claim, or if requested verification is not completed, we may be unable to issue a refund or store credit for the missing-package claim. A replacement may still be available, depending on the situation and product availability.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged
If your box had a rough ride, email us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Photos of all damaged items
- Two to three photos of the shipping box and internal packaging
We’ll usually file a claim with the carrier and may ask for additional information. This may include sharing the phone number and email address associated with your order so the carrier can verify shipment details.
If the carrier does not approve the claim, or if requested verification is not completed, we may be unable to issue a refund or store credit for the damage claim. A replacement may still be available, depending on the situation and product availability.

If We Made a Packing Mistake
If your order arrives missing something or includes the wrong item, that’s on us. Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- One photo showing everything you received
- One photo of the packing slip
We’ll get it sorted with a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

Incorrect, Incomplete, or Changed Addresses
The shipping address entered at checkout is the address we ship to, so please double-check it before placing your order.
A few things to know:
- Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are not eligible for a refund if that address turns out to be incorrect or incomplete.
- If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us at support@bootyliciousmuffins.com as soon as possible.
- If we have not printed the shipping label yet, we can update the address.
- Once the shipping label has been printed, we are unable to change the address.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us because it could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or refusal of delivery, we may:
- Reship it to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee, typically $8-$20 depending on pack size, or
- Offer a partial refund based on the situation

Shipping Fees and Other Charges
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.
When other shipping or order charges apply, those charges are not refundable, even when an order qualifies under The Bootylicious Promise or under our damage, loss, or packing-error policies.
Nonrefundable charges include:
- Express shipping fees
- Upgraded shipping fees
- Additional shipping or handling charges, including reship fees
- Taxes
- Other non-product charges
Storing Your Muffin Mix Cups
Bootylicious mix cups are shelf-stable, so refrigeration is not required.
Once your box arrives, we recommend bringing it inside before the day gets too hot, too cold, or too rainy. Fresh ingredients like a happy indoor home.
