🚚 Shipping Policy

We want your muffin mix cups to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here’s how shipping works.

📦 Processing Times

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• During sales or new flavor launches, processing may take an extra day or two.

🗺️ Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard shipping: USPS or UPS Ground.
• Express shipping: available at checkout when possible.
• Free shipping: available on qualifying orders (look for the banner or promo at checkout).

⏱️ Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on your location and carrier speed.

🌡️ Storage & Handling

Muffin mix cups are shelf-stable. They don’t require refrigeration, but we still recommend bringing them inside quickly to avoid damage from weather or long exposure outdoors.

📍 Lost or Missing Delivery

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Double-check the delivery area and ask neighbors.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a package early.

  3. Still missing? Contact us right away. We can help start a carrier investigation.

Important: UPS/USPS may contact you to confirm details. If they can’t reach you, the case will close automatically and we won’t be able to issue a replacement.

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Double-check your shipping info before placing your order. Packages sent to the wrong address entered at checkout are not eligible for reshipment or refund. If the order comes back to us unopened, we can reship it for an additional fee.

🕵️ Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to support@bootyliciousmuffins.com.
