Nope! You can start, skip, cancel your subscription whenever you'd like 😃

We’re not thieves and the last thing we want you to feel is that we "stole" your money.
We send all of our subscribers a courtesy email 3 days before your subscription auto-renews to say “Hey, it's that time again. Do you want your subscription to renew or would you prefer to cancel?”
However, if you have unsubscribed from our email list you most likely won’t receive that notification. Please keep this in mind before unsubscribing from our email list.
Yes, you can swap out the flavor of your subscription. Here’s how…
1. Login to your account. (If you're having trouble logging in, you might need to create an account)
2. Click on the "Subscription" tab.
3. Select your active subscription.
4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and select "Swap Product" button.
5. Select your desired flavor and variant (3-pack, 12-pack, 24-pack).
6. If you think your selection didn't go through please contact us. We will help you!
Unfortunately our subscription service provider does not allow our customers to make edits to their custom orders.
If you'd like to swap the flavors out in your custom order then please email us what you’d like in your custom order. We will respond as soon as possible.
Not a problem, you can cancel your subscription. Here’s how…
1. Login to your account. (If you're having trouble logging in, you might need to create an account)
2. Click on the "Subscription" tab.
3. Select your active subscription.
4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and select "Cancel Subscription" button.
5. Select the reason why you don't love us anymore 😔
6. You should receive a cancellation email afterwards. If you don't please email us to confirm your cancellation.
