Cooking FAQ
Our dry uncooked muffin mix is good for over one year! So, you can leave it in the pantry for months after it is delivered.
However, after cooking your muffin we highly recommend eating it within 5 minutes for optimal taste and texture.
If your muffin comes out too "wet" or "soupy" you most likely added a bit too much water to the muffin mix.
Instead of using the fill line please try using a 1/4th measuring cup for a more accurate measurement of water/milk. This should produce a more consistent muffin batter!

I’m glad you asked! They can be baked using an oven like your normal muffin baking mix or even used as a pancake or waffle mix.
Depending on your kitchen appliances and cooking preferences, feel free to re-adjust any of these instructions to suit your needs.
