Refund policy

Refund / Return/ Exchange Policy
We personally believe in our products and enjoy using them on a daily basis however we do understand that our products aren't for everyone.
If you are hesitant about a certain product, we STRONGLY encourage you to try the product first using a 3-Pack or 12-Pack before committing to more than 24.
These policies only covers first time purchases and any repeat purchases are not subject to these terms.
That being said, if you are unsatisfied at all here are our Refund and Return processes.
REFUND PROCESS:
  • If you are not completely satisfied you may return your unused products for a full refund (minus the return shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery
  • We want customers to try our products without feeling like they've wasted their money. That being said, we do have an allowance of cups that you may try and still be eligible for your full refund.
    • 3-Packs must have at least 2 cups leftover to qualify for full refund (minus return shipping fees)
    • 12-Packs must have at least 9 cups leftover to qualify for full refund (minus return shipping fees) 
    • 24-Packs must have at least 21 cups leftover to qualify for a full refund (minus return shipping fees) 
    • These rules apply to multiple quantities purchased as well. (ex: You purchased two 3-packs and you want to return your purchase. You must have at least 4 cups to return to receive the full refund (minus return shipping fees).
    • If you do not meet these requirements you can still return your remaining cups but we will deduct the amount of the missing cups from your refund
  • We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs.
  • We can purchase the return shipping label on your behalf and deduct the costs from your return OR you may purchase the label yourself and follow our step by step process.

RETURN PROCESS:
  • All incoming returns are tracked and anticipated, so before sending a shipment back to us we ask that you contact our customer support team with saying you'd like to begin the return process.
  • If you send items back without contacting someone on our support team this may result in order being lost and then we will be unable to issue you a refund.
  • Once your request is approved by our support team, please follow the instructions down below.

 

  • Please send the remaining portion of your cups back along with the packing slip or a copy of your invoice/confirmation email. Write somewhere on this packing slip/invoice the word "RETURN" so we know it is a return and to process your refund.

After you ship the package, please email us the return tracking number so we can keep track of it and make sure it doesn’t get lost or damaged on the way back.
  As soon as your cups have been delivered and cleared by someone on our team we’ll be sure to issue your refund ASAP! If you no longer have your packing slip or invoice/confirmation email, please include a separate piece of paper with the following information:
-Name
-Account Email
-Order Number
-Note if you are Exchanging or Returning
PACKING ERRORS:
  • If we have made a mistake during the packaging of your order (which does happen, we aren't perfect). Please send us a picture of your order in full to either info@bootyliciousmuffins.com or 713-970-1045 to confirm an error has happened.
  • Once we receive your pictures we'll be sure to confirm that a fulfillment error was made and we'll ship out a replace order ASAP free of charge.
