We’re glad you asked! They can be baked using an oven like your normal muffin baking mix or even used as a pancake or waffle mix. Depending on your kitchen appliances and cooking preferences, feel free to re-adjust any of these instructions to suit your needs.

  • Oven 🧁:

1. Preheat oven to 375 ºF

2. Prepare a standard muffin pan/tin with paper liners or coat the wells with cooking spray.

3. Simply add ⅓ cup of water to our muffin mix (Use a separate mixing bowl or our paper cups for mixing)

4. Stir thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.

5. Pour the batter into each muffin well in an oiled/greased muffin tray.

6. Place the muffin tray in the oven and let it bake for 20 minutes.

7. Remove the muffin tray and let the muffins rest for 5 minutes.

8. Enjoy!

  • Pancakes 🥞:

1. Simply add ⅓ cup of water to our muffin mix (Use a separate mixing bowl or our paper cups for mixing)

2. Stir thoroughly until you have a smooth batter

3. Pour the batter into an oiled/greased frying pan or skillet

4. Set the stove to medium heat

5. Cook each side about 2 minutes

6. Once they're thoroughly cooked, enjoy!

  • Waffles 🧇:

1. Simply add ⅓ cup of water to our muffin mix (Use a separate mixing bowl or our paper cups for mixing)

2. Stir thoroughly until you have a smooth batter

3. Pour the batter into your oiled/greased waffle maker

4. Once they're thoroughly cooked please take them out and let them cool for a couple of minutes.

5. Enjoy!

We used to be Gluten Free but customers would often complain that the texture would come out too "chalky or sandy".

That being said, we'd love to make gluten-free flavors again in the future. Please let us know which ones you'd like to see here

We use a blend of wheat protein isolate, whey protein isolate and pea protein isolate. This blend is heat resistant and provides an ideal texture for our muffin cups.

  • Most of the carbohydrates found in our muffin mix are considered to be non-impact carbohydrates. These carbohydrates are insoluble fiber (which has 0 caloric value and passes through the gastrointestinal tract) and erythritol/stevia/monk fruit extract (which the FDA does not consider to be a total or added sugar for nutritional labeling and contains 0.2 kcal per gram)
  • Because they have 0 caloric value they’re subtracted from the amount of total carbohydrates to get a value of “net carbs,” which you can think of as the active carbs that affect your body and blood sugar. So to calculate. Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates - (Fiber + Sugar Alcohol)

We are not dairy-free. 2-3 of the ingredients in our recipes are dairy-based.

Yes, you can use milk or any other milk substitute in our muffin mix but the cooking times may vary!

And we can’t believe we have to say this but PLEASE don’t add energy drinks or liquor to the Bootylicious Muffins muffin mix… 🤦
